Agriterra is also the first authorized sales and service centre for CAT agricultural products in North America. We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Agriculture Equipment Technician to join our team in Waskatenau, AB. Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be preferred (agriculture experience isn’t required, but would be a bonus).

Working on a wide range of agriculture equipment and brands
Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, Bourgault seeding products and more!
Large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment (the type of equipment can vary by region)
Diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of equipment
Pre-season inspections and updates to equipment
Manufacturer training
Completing detailed notes on work orders and recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment
Completing work in the shop and/or field as needed
What are we looking for?
A Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be preferred (will also consider apprentices or other trade qualifications)
Experience with agriculture equipment would be a bonus (including experience growing up or working on a farm), but not required
Someone who is a problem solver, finding solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges
Proficient with computer and electrical diagnostics (CANBUS troubleshooting and using an Electronic Scan Tool)
