Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per customer orders
Prepare and cook special meals as instructed for dietary reasons
Making sauces and soups, breads, preparing meat as well as prepping veggies
Supervise kitchen helpers
Tracking waste and following portion control methods
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment on first in first out basis
Clean kitchen and work area to meet safety and sanitary standards

Some secondary education and completion of industrial meat cutting course is an asset
