About this role
Prepare and irrigate soil
Plant, fertilize, thin and harvest crops
Clean up racks, trays, and harvest bins and general clean up of growing, producing and packing areas
Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools
May write daily progress reports of inventory harvested
Prepare grain for sale with drying, screening and bagging
Loading and unloading trucks as required
Completing paperwork for shipments if needed

Requirements
Physically fit
Able to work long hours when required
Ability to operate farm equipment
Attention to detail
Mechanically and electrical knowledge is an asset
Able to repair equipment is an asset
Speaking French and English is an asset
