About this role
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Prepare food order and serve to the guest
Establish work schedules and procedures
Deal with customer complaints and escalate to manager when required
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Help with cash outs, opening and closing of the restaurant
Train new team members and assist with duties when required
Supervise all staff to make sure Wendy's all standards are all completed.
