About this role

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food Prepare food order and serve to the guest Establish work schedules and procedures Deal with customer complaints and escalate to manager when required Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets Help with cash outs, opening and closing of the restaurant Train new team members and assist with duties when required Supervise all staff to make sure Wendy's all standards are all completed. Other duties that are required

Requirements

Punctual Attention to detail Strong math skills Great customer service skills Able to deal with conflict and resolve in positive manner Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays Team player and can work well independently Strong communication skills POS sales system experience is an asset Able to operate electronics Able to stand for long periods at a time Well organize and accurate
