  • 🚦 Support workplace safety, emergency procedures, and compliance with lodge policies and applicable regulations.

  • πŸ“‹ Hire, train, schedule, and coach staff to maintain reliable coverage during peak demand.
    🀝Other duties as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • πŸŽ“ Post-secondary education in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred or 1-2 years of experience in hotel, lodge, or accommodation management is required.

  • 🀝 Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • πŸ’» Working knowledge of front office systems, scheduling, and basic reporting tools.

  • πŸ‘€ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain standards at full capacity.

  • πŸš— Reliable transportation is required due to the lodge’s location about 50 minutes from Thompson.

  • πŸ—£οΈ Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential.
