📝 Review job ads for formatting, content clarity, and compliance with platform standards before and after publication.
🔎 Verify that job details, tags, locations, and employment settings are displayed correctly in each posting destination.
📣 Submit sample job postings through the platform and confirm that applications and notifications flow properly.
🛠️ Identify usability issues in the posting workflow and suggest practical improvements to the product team.
📊 Track bugs, edge cases, and recurring issues in a clear test log or feedback report.
🤝 Work with internal team members to reproduce issues and confirm when fixes are resolved.
✅ Help improve the quality, consistency, and speed of job distribution across the platform.
Requirements
💻 Experience testing web-based software, ATS tools, or job posting platforms is an asset.
👀 Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot formatting, content, and workflow issues quickly.
📝 Clear written communication skills for reporting bugs and recommending improvements.
🤝 Comfortable giving constructive feedback and working collaboratively with a small team.
⏳ Able to manage multiple test scenarios and keep organized records of findings.
🎓 Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
🔐 Familiarity with Canadian hiring practices or multi-posting recruitment tools is an asset.
