About this role
🍽️ Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
🤝 Lead, schedule, and support front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain efficient staffing levels.
📋 Monitor sales, labour, inventory, and expense controls to support business performance and profitability.
✅ Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards.
📊 Review cash handling, deposits, and daily reports while resolving discrepancies as needed.
🧑🍳 Coordinate with chefs and staff on menu execution, special orders, and service timing.
💬 Handle customer concerns professionally and work to resolve service issues promptly.
📦 Manage ordering, receiving, and stock rotation for food, beverage, and restaurant supplies.
Requirements
🎓 Completion of secondary school; post-secondary education in hospitality or business is an asset.
⏳ 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or food service supervision or management.
🤝 Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
💻 Ability to use POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting software.
👀 Excellent attention to detail with strong organization and time-management skills.
🚦 Knowledge of food safety, workplace safety, and customer service best practices.
🛠️ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
