About this role
🏗️ Clean new construction and renovation sites by removing dust, debris, and leftover materials.
🧹 Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces to prepare homes for move-in.
🗑️ Collect and dispose of construction waste in a safe and organized manner.
🚦 Follow site safety procedures and use cleaning products and equipment properly.
🔧 Maintain basic cleaning tools and supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment issues.
Complete minor cleaning and repairs to finished product with touch ups as required.
👀 Inspect units for finishing touches and complete detail cleaning in kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
🤝 Work with site supervisors and other crew members to meet project clean-up deadlines.
📋 Keep work areas tidy and support final occupancy readiness on assigned builds.
Other duties that are required to complete tasks.
Requirements
💪 Able to perform physical work in a construction environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
👀 Strong attention to detail to ensure homes and work areas are cleaned to move-in standards.
🤝 Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a construction site team.
🚦 Comfortable working safely around dust, debris, and active job sites.
🧼 Previous cleaning experience is an asset, especially in post-construction or commercial cleaning.
🕒 Reliable, punctual, and able to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
🇨🇦 Eligible to work in Canada and able to communicate effectively in English.

Full-time, permanent position with a standard probationary period.
