About this role
π§ Oversee day-to-day operations of a quick-serve restaurant and ensure consistent guest service standards.
π₯ Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to maintain efficient service during busy periods.
π§Ύ Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and basic operational reporting.
π¦ Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory, and coordinate timely ordering and receiving.
π¦ Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
π Support quick-serve food preparation and service when needed to keep line times on track.
β Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive, high-volume service environment.
π Work with ownership to support labour control, cost management, and store performance goals.
π€ Other duties as required to help the team
Requirements
β³Several years of restaurant experience and some supervisor or management experience, with quick-serve experience is required.
π Previous experience in a quality quick-serve environment, including working shifts in a fast-paced service model.
π€ Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
π§ Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
π΅ Experience with cash handling, scheduling, inventory control, and basic administrative tasks.
π Willing work mornings, evenings weekends and holidaysπ Ability to stay organized, solve problems quickly, and keep service moving under pressure.
π Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
