About this role
🧭 Oversee day-to-day operations of a quick-serve restaurant and ensure consistent guest service standards.
👥 Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to maintain efficient service during busy periods.
🧾 Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and basic operational reporting.
📦 Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory, and coordinate timely ordering and receiving.
🚦 Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
🍔 Support quick-serve food preparation and service when needed to keep line times on track.
✅ Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive, high-volume service environment.
📋 Work with ownership to support labour control, cost management, and store performance goals.

Requirements
⏳Several years of restaurant experience and some supervisor or management experience, with quick-serve experience is required.
🍟 Previous experience in a quality quick-serve environment, including working shifts in a fast-paced service model.
🤝 Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
🧠 Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
💵 Experience with cash handling, scheduling, inventory control, and basic administrative tasks.
🍔 Willing work mornings, evenings weekends and holidays👀 Ability to stay organized, solve problems quickly, and keep service moving under pressure.
📍 Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
