About this role
🤝 Meet with clients to review cabinetry needs, project goals, finishes, and budgets for residential and commercial spaces.
📐 Prepare accurate cabinet design layouts, measurements, and quotations using design and estimating software.
🗂️ Coordinate with team on project scheduling, site measurements, product ordering, and installation timelines from start to finish.
📞 Serve as the main point of contact for clients, trades, installers, and internal teams throughout each project.
✅ Review drawings, specifications, and selections to confirm scope, pricing, and production details before release.
🛠️ Follow up on production progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
📋 Maintain clear records of change orders, approvals, purchase details, and customer communications.
🏠 Support showroom sales activity and design presentations to help convert inquiries into signed projects.
Requirements
⏳ Several years of experience in cabinetry sales, design, project coordination, estimating, or a similar role.
💻 Strong working knowledge of cabinet design with the ability to read and interpret drawings.
👀 Excellent attention to detail when reviewing measurements, finishes, hardware, and project specifications.
🤝 Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
🛠️ Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
🚗 Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for site visits as needed.
