About this role
π§ Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires for passenger vehicles and light trucks.
π Inspect tires, wheels, valves, and rims for wear, damage, and safe fitment.
β Perform tire repairs, replacements, and pressure checks according to shop standards.
π¦ Support seasonal tire changeovers while keeping vehicles organized and work areas safe.
π οΈ Assist with basic lube and general shop duties as needed during busy periods.
π Complete work orders accurately and communicate any safety concerns or recommended follow-up.
π§Ό Keep bays, tools, and equipment clean and maintained for daily operations.
π€ Provide courteous customer service when moving vehicles, explaining service steps, or assisting the team.
Requirements
β³ Previous tire shop, automotive service, or general repair experience is an asset.
π High school completion or equivalent is preferred.
πͺ Ability to lift tires, work on your feet, and handle a physically demanding environment.
π§ Comfortable using tire service equipment, hand tools, and basic shop machinery.
π Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
π€ Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
π Valid driverβs licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
