About this role
🍔 Take customer orders accurately at the counter, drive-thru, and front till.
🥤 Prepare and assemble menu items, beverages, and combo orders according to A&W standards.
✅ Handle cash, debit, and other payment transactions while balancing accuracy and speed.
🧼 Keep the service area, dining area, and beverage stations clean, stocked, and presentable.
📦 Restock supplies, packaging, and condiments throughout the shift to support smooth service.
🚦 Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
🤝 Greet guests courteously, answer basic menu questions, and help resolve minor service issues.
🧹 Assist with dishwashing, waste removal, and closing duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
👀 Strong attention to detail when taking orders, handling payments, and assembling food.
🤝 Friendly customer service skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
💪 Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
🕒 Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
🧽 Basic understanding of cleaning, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices.
📋 Ability to follow directions, complete routine tasks, and maintain consistent quality.
🗣️ Good communication skills in English for interacting with guests and coworkers.
